Meet Zane and Casey, the adventurous duo behind “Few Laps Around the Sun,” a captivating journey through the heart of Australia.
With a shared passion for exploration and a desire to capture the essence of their travels, they embarked on a full-time adventure in their Wonderland RV, aptly named “Alice.” Zane, a plumber with an infectious energy, and Casey, a critical care nurse with a keen eye for beauty, are living proof that life’s greatest adventures often lie beyond the beaten path.

Few Laps Around the Sun
Travelling Australia was always a dream of ours, with Zane being a third-generation traveller and Casey always having a ‘live life to the fullest’ attitude. After years of working hard, we decided it was time to hit the road and explore this beautiful country!
Western Australia has been incredible! Some of our favorite spots include Membinup Beach, Sandy Cape, and many hidden gems along the Ningaloo Reef.
We utilise every inch of space! We store clothes in pillow inserts, use the microwave for bread storage, and employ plastic containers and dividers for efficient organisation.
A good coffee machine is a non-negotiable! And a reliable electrical system is crucial for comfortable off-grid living. We also can’t live without our Muk Mats, which keep our caravan clean and mud-free.
We use a DJI Mini Pro 3, which is compact, lightweight, and perfect for capturing stunning aerial footage of our adventures.
Our rooftop tinnie! It’s allowed us to explore incredible waterways, catch fresh fish, and experience the beauty of Australia from a whole new perspective
We love cooking! Laksa, curries, and homemade pizzas are some of our favorites. Our signature dish is a delicious ceviche made with fresh local fish.
We’re heading to the Kimberley to tackle the Gibb River Road and explore the Northern Territory. There’s still so much of this incredible country to discover!
