• Bring enough water for drinking, cooking, and washing. A good rule of thumb is to bring at least 5 litres of water per person per day. Also find out in advance where along the route you can get water or connect a hose to a running tap. 

• Choose ingredients that are easy to cook, store, and transport. Bring fresh fruits and vegetables that last longer, and buy canned foods, dried fruits, nuts and crackers, but be creative with delicious caravan recipes like the ones we share on our socials! Also, don’t forget to buy your seasonings, and coffee, tea, etc. 

• Bring treats and snacks for a fun trip. Some chocolate, chips, biscuits, or lollies can go with enjoying the scenery or relaxing by the campfire. Store them in airtight containers to keep them fresh. 

• Use reusable containers, bags, and utensils to reduce waste. Dispose your rubbish properly and recycle when possible.
